In my case, it shows up with "Install" as an option and it pretends to install with a progress bar and everything, then They follow the setup and download creative cloud. Thanks so much�it was driving me nuts and limiting me work. They all have paid for licenses with Acrobat Pro DC. The only fix I have found is to uninstall Acrobat DC, sign out of creative cloud, sign back into creative cloud, and reinstall Acrobat DC.
